Default new clutch engages very late

2 weeks ago i installed an Exedy stage 2 clutch on my d16 and everything seemed fine but recently it doesnt engage until the pedal is almost all the way up and doesnt feel like it is catching all of the way. i have been taking it easy during the break in and there is nothing visibly wrong with the system. any help would be appreciated

same happen to me. Too much pressure in the clutch system. Loosen the bleeder on the slave and let a lil bit of clutch fluid out.
