Default No CEL, car can't go past 4500rpm, and lost of power
need your help guys, i have 95 b18b civic coupe ex, started acting strange tonight. drove fine the whole day till on my way back home. i have no CEL, but the car lags a lot, and won't go past 4500rpm. first time it has ever done this.

does anyone know what might cause the probleam?
