Default spoon, mugen, or jdm ITR headers

what would be better for me with my set up
i have spoon camshafts, camgears, comptech headers, aem cold air, V-afc controller
i made a mistake in buying comptech and i am going to buy Tanabe Super Racing Medalion Exhaust System with a highflow cat and should get a better header wanted to know whats good?

Go spoon I believe Mafay2 on the board has 3 of them in stock for $870

i thought spoon cams are more like stock cams compare with jun or todas ?!?!?!?

Spoon cams are very mild yes...but he already has them..I'd go dc JDM 4-1 personally but..then again I change my mind more than a woman so whatever

Spoon header should work good with Spoon cams. If not, I would be very dissapointed at Spoon!!

i think toda makes an excellent header. but pricey, like spoon or mugen.
