Default Irratic idle, bogging, slight over heat (swap)

Hey guys,
just recently got my jdm h22 in my 4th gen accord. Slowly working out the bugs as much as i could. but i got a problem i just cant figured out and ive searched quite a bit. maybe someone can help?

Problem:After car heats up and driven for awhile, i slowly get an irratic idle (1000 to 2000 to 1000 and so forth). Possible IACV i know, will check but i gotta rip off the throttle body to adjust it. still doesnt explain my slight over heating issue. Once again, as i drive, i notice the temp guage slowly rise, then fall, and at times i get a slight boggin lower rpms until vtec which seems to clear it up. At times, vtec will kick in if boggin and will make the car jerk momentarally. Also have a sticky throttle body after heated up, and cause much greif while driving....

Possible causes that i can think of?
Thermostat?
~I woudld say vacuum but thats good.
~Injectors, only reason why i say this is because i have 370cc instead of stock 310or 345cc (various debate about how big stock really are.)
~Temp sensors? but wouldnt they throw a code if faulty?
~ICAV, as suggested before.
~And well, cleaning of throttle body and throttle rotor.
~Also fixed one ground wire, but unfortunatly did not fix the problem.

Any suggestions would be very helpful. As i would like to be able to run the car safely since its a daily driver.
