Well I got tired to searching and decided to just go ahead and make a thread.

What do you guys use to resize yours pics?

I don't have photoshop or stuff like that, only paint. When I resize my pics they get really "noisey" and it doesnt look like a good picture anymore. The original of the pic looks perfect though, I dont get it.
