Any one tried Erick's Racing Dog Transmissions?
theres gotta be a thread somewhere about these "unbreakable" trannies somewhere. i just did a search and came up empty handed... i was just wondering if anyone ever tried one and is it true that they turn your gear box into a 4 speed... i will be emailing ericks racing for more info but i just wanted to know if anyone o here has tried them.

there are a couple companies out that offer good gear sets for honda's, i have no first hand expierience with the PAR sets but have used a SAENZ and going to be using a couple of the liberty gear sets real soon in testing.
also in the sticky up top of the drag racing forum with the race car stuff for sale there is a saenz gear set for sale, since im pretty sure your looking for an H set

is this for a street car? turbo or all motor? these gear sets are not streetable due to the gear ratios that are available.

yeah that was my next question, most likely for a turbo track only car but you know as well as i do sometimes you gottta play in the street and like you said the gear ratios are pretty much for race only... i guess ill just contact you when im ready and finally decide what i wanna do with it, your trannies hold up pretty well...

yeah for a street car there are a bunch good options to make the tranny stronger and still very streetable. the pro-drive final drives are really strong and that with a quaiffe and the gearing setup right is all you will really need in a street car. holla at me when the times comes ill help you out with whateer it is you need

Call up Jamie there. You will not be disappointed. Many pro drag and roadrace teams use his transaxle modifications/gears, and the quality and longevity is superb. Let him know I sent you!
