89 honda accord

this accord will rev, while at a stop, and not on the gas??? any ideas on why it does this and what can be done to fix it????

The injected and non injected cars are completely different.

have you modded it i used to have that problem .. i need to know the trim , DX<LX LX-i or SE-i and i know what to do
