Default 38mm tial wastegate spring messurement

can anyone confirm that a tial 38mm big wastegate spring is 2.36in OD?
the reason i ask becuase the person i bought my spring said his was 2in and it came off his tial 38mm wastegate.

if i paid for a tial spring i want a tial spring not a knock off
i just want to know if tial big wastegate spring are 2.36in OD

just measured mine and it measured 1 14/16" ...so just shy of 2"

its the big spring not the small one... they have two sizes.. big blue =14.5 psi and the small one is 8.7 psi
