Dunno if they sell a rebuild kit for the ITR, but I rebuilt a Prelude one with $15 in parts after 200,000 miles. Rebuild is the wrong word, mostly just replaced the O rings IIRC (10+ years ago).
Nothing wrong with a rebuild master cylinder if you need one!

They don't AFAIK. I had to buy a whole new MC.
