11:0 compression in a GSR what cams?

11:0 compression in a GSR what cams?
my JDM GSR with a mugen headgasket i believe is really close to 11:0 compression ratio. which cams best suiites for this comp? is 11:0 enough or do i need more? can i see the good power of s2s2 or bc4+ cams with this much comp?
