Default Problems with Swap b16a

I'm having some problems with my b16a swap in my ED 90 Si hatch. First when it starts, it starts up ok but idle is really low, sometimes dies, but then when it warms up a bit the idle goes up to normal warm up. Then sometimes when I'm coming to a stop and hitting the brakes the car will want to die and the idle will jump up and down and then idle fine after a few seconds or so. But when I have the lights on it will just die completely when I come to a stop. I know it has to be something electrical but I don't know if it could be a sensor or what not. Any Idea's, help me out! Any suggestion would help!

Try adjusting the idle control screw on the throttle body? Also, check all vacuum lines. See if they are all correct.
