Which one? If it's the Mugen replica, then Wingswest.com has the install intructions.

really strong dbl-sided tape along the front, and screws on the wheel well part.

 

i'm assuming installing the jdmshit itr 94-97 lip is the same as when i did my comptech lip. Basically get the 3m double sided adhesive, place it on the lip on the upper edge....clean off your front bumper where the lip is going to be mounted to...make sure all wax, oils, etc is off. Take a heat gun or a blow dryer and get the 3m adhesive stickier....have a buddy put the lip on one end, and slowly wrap it around your front bumper pushing firmly. After its on, screw in the two screws on both ends into the fender. Take the heat gun and heat up the lip where you stuck the adhesive part to and push firmly all the way around to make sure everything is on TIGHT and secure.

If your talkin about the si-vtec lip then all you need are to line it up drill the 2 holes on each side of the underneath of the bumper and the rest should just bolt up no problem...it doesnt get much more straight forward pretty easy.

comptech one is different than the jdmshit one. for soem reason, jdm **** doesn't include any hardware to install the lips. i've bought two of the same exact lip from two different members on TI.net and they both came with hardware. I bought one from jdmshit and they didn't including anything. good think i had spare brackets and bolts/nuts from the other two lips.

check out this thread, it'll tell you how to install them. the hardware shown in the thread should have been included with the lip.
