for my cr-vtec conversion witch head sould i swap onto it. i got a friend that has a gen 2 b16 full head conversion, i was jus wondering if i should go with that or look for a more powerful b serious head like a GSR or Type R?

 

I really like the gsr head but on my lsvtec I used a 00SI head and its kept me happy.

alot depends on what you want from the motor.

I would aviod the ITR/CTR head due to its price and small gains over the other heads.

 

If you must have ITR head get a B16 as they are very very similar. Which is what ^ he used. Also what I'm using.
