We have a guy that comes to our lot and works the used cars, he does great work, and the name of the national franchise he works for is "DR VINYL". You might check the local listings for a phone number.

 

Are they like those independent windshield STAR repair guys? They come to your house with a kit, and fix your windshield. I think if you could find a color to match, you could just paint the black spot, and that would be an improvement. If it's not in an obvious place.
