You need to be a little more descriptive. Is it cranking? Is it getting enough fuel? how does it behave? etc. -ekzrated

also make sure your timings right, i had that problem last night...i was horribly tired and i just wanted to get it running....so yea...have you ever seen a header glow red?...lol

you might just need to force start it.

Random thought...

You swapped in a B18C1, I'm assuming... and is your DA a 90-91 or 92-93?
Your 90-91 injectors will be peak and hold type - your B18C1 injectors will be saturated type. If you didn't swap the injectors or eliminate your resistor box from your injector wiring than you'll be stuck without fuel. Also... got any ECU codes?

Otherwise, if you want more help, than you'll need to give more information than "waah, my car won't start... The timing is perfect, I PROMISE! It's getting spark and fuel!"

Not a bad idea. But, if you're getting spark, like you're so sure you are, make sure the spark is going to the right place at the right time. Meaning, check your plug wire order. Refer to your shop manual for the order - I can't remember off the top of my head.
