IMO, alignment settings depend on how you drive the car and how much life you want out of the tires. Typically, guys that want max tire life will want the most conservative alignment settings (Honda specs). For more performance, you'll want to run more negative camber, especially in the rear. Zero toe in the front, and a slight bit of toe in on the rear although toe settings are more related to driving preference. Caster on the front should be at max setting.
