I have a 1995 civic coupe DX 5sp and i wanna drop in a ls b18, will this work:
First of all i have a dx motor but it looks like it had a sohc vtec motor in it cus the vtec computer is still pluged up and there still the 2 wires comming from the ecu to the engine bay just hanging there well heres the set up
1993 ls motor, ls hydro tranny, 1993 ls ecu, the axles from the tranny.
First of all will there be any wiring i have to do to make the motor run, i see that the plugs are the same(i think) and am using the new motors ecu, will everything just be plug and play and also about the motor mount wich are the ones that wont fit correctly? BTW i did search and no am not a noob my onld name was Slowass4dr but i lost the password and i didnt remember my secret question. thnxs for the info

next time, try to read the archives at the top of the page, or do a search.

as far as your question, all b-series bolt in, as far as wiring, you should have any problems(plug n play).

PS, the questions that you are asking make you sound like a noob! So search all avenues before jumping and posting something like this!
