sup guys, i have a jrrh, hf cat, 06 oe catback exhaust on my 03 base rsx, and im throwin the following code twice

P0420 - Catylytic Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

ive decided to just go with an oem S header and cat. my question is, will i have any problems running an 06 header and cat? im worried about 02 sensors and front sway clearance. someone shed some light.
i need this info asap, as i have set up to buy the parts tomorrow, so an answer by late tonight would be greatly appreciated. tia.

 

The front sway should be fine;

The O2 sensor wires will probably just barely reach (that's how it came out on my EP when I put on a type-s header & cat... search the archived threads for my thread about my Fujitsubo catback). If that's the case, Casper Electronics sells extensions with plugs to match. They list a 12" extension on their site, but if you call them up and ask nicely, they'll whip up pretty much any length you can ask for. I had them do a 6" set, but that's still long; I only really need about 3" to make everything fit just right.

 

ya i got 9 inch extensions from strup. i was wondering if the sensors differ, because i know that you need a 02-04 primary sensor + 02-04 ecu to have kpro for the new guys. any thoughts on this?

well i picked up the parts today, im gonan try it out and see.

 

02 extensions or defouler. i believe the extensions are cheaper.
