I have a d15b vtec motor, with a skunk 2 proseries intake manifold. Currently, im running the d15b7 throttle body because The d15b that i got didnt come with one (or a header, for that matter) but i was wondering what other OEM honda throttle bodies would fit this manifold. I searched, but didnt find anything. Thanks.

would i have to port match anything, cuz im kinda shaky on altering the intake manifold..?? thanks again.

 

Also, on a side note. The one of the bolts on the intake manifold, near the idle controller is hitting the thing that holds the brake lines? when i accelerate hard. Is there any cost effective way to fix this, cuz its annoying, and im concerned about stripping the bolt, or breaking the thing that holds the lines and thus losing braking power.? Thanks for your help guys.

What gains will i get with a B series throttle body on my y8?

 

by its self not much if any..might get a lil better throttle response but if u dont port match your IM then it really isnt gonna do to much....for th OP get a nrg engine damper or something if your engine is moving to much...or just invest in better mounts...
