Question about B16

What plug is not used when you do the obd0 b16 in a crx si? When I did my swap this weekend, there wasn't a plug left over but I swear I have read that there is one that you don't use.

this one:

behind/under the intake manifold
i think its for the ELD, Dlectronic Load Detector, not sure. but in any case the plug isnt needed.
