Default Okay Accord guys i need some help, car start but die right away......

My girlfriend nephew 95 accord, when you turn the key to ON the car start but once it starts then the car die, it doesnt seem like a starter problem at all and if you hold the key on "START" the engine will stay on running but once i let go the key the car die again. I have a feeling that the clutch is not engaging or its out because he said that the clutch was slipping hard before. I check everyhing else and it seems fine maybe a ignition problem? has anyone encounter this problem before??? Any ideas???

When you are replacing the electrical part of the ignition switch; be very careful of the SRS ribbon cable. It is very easy to damage it.

I replied to your PM and i'll bet too that it isn't the main relay if it is caused by you playing with the key.
