TYPE-S price tag

Both of the 06 Models (Si and RSX TypeS) are around the same price. I think that you best bet would be going with the Si because you basically get the same car for a few thousand dollars cheaper. The base price of the Type S starts around $21K and the Si's base price is around $18K.
I also agree with giff74 with regards to the price you would be paying. There are a lot of factors that you have to think about, i.e. age, driving history, credit score, etc. The one thing that you have going is that the trade in value of your current car is a bit over $14K in good condition, and with you only owing about $9K, you would get probably close to $5K in addition to what you owe. That is a great additional down payment for any car dealership.
All in all, both cars are great and are pretty much the same car with a different name on them. The engines are almost identical, with the exception of the extra 4hp you get with the Type S (but is an extra $3K woth 4hp???), suspension basically the same and now they both have 6spd trannies.
Now, to answer your question about what you might be paying monthly. Check out this website and put the information that fits your situation.

Agreed... except for the slight bash on the Si vs Type-S. (No... I don't want to spark another topic on this subject. Just being funny.)
but other then that... AGREED.
