Can a civic sedan use civic coupe or civic SI spring applications as well?

someone on here said they had lowered their sedan on tein s-techs

tein s-techs are listed for Civic Si only... but i have them on my EX.. and like said, dood has them on his sedan

but the guy with the sedan said after lowered it, the rear sway bar snapped **::shrugs::**
