crvtec in a 93 ex coupe what 1/4 mile times

i'm wanting to get one built up to push out 200-220hp to the wheels. if i'm an average driver, what kind of times could i expect?

My friend here in Tx has one in a 92-95 coupe and has a fully built crvtec in it and is always hitting 12.9's consistently.
