Default NEED A CYLINDER HEAD FOR MY 88 REX SI!!!

ok guys, so i blew the head on my rex back in december and its just been sitting since....and my beater car is no longer worth dropping money into...so i NEED A HEAD!!! stock or vtec, doesnt matter to me....but the problem is....since my head cracked the coolant and oil have mixed...and someone said that having coolant in the bottom end of my motor for this long may have ruined my main bearings??? any help is appreciated

I have a crx si head off of a 91 si. It would need to be cleaned though because it was sitting in my garage, but should function perfectly.
