WTB: 14" blackies for '97 Teg (Civic or Integra would do just fine) or GSR Rims

Must me local to Southern California. I'm picking up my car there next weekend and need some wheels to go with them. Well... let me know how much. Oh yah, they must have decent tread on the tires and they must have tires. If GSR, I prefer the 5 spoke rims.

Oh yah, must be in good condition with no scratches, dings, or the like.
