Is this a good air compressor for painting? help

looking to get out cheap to paint my CRX acrylic enamel gunmetal grey metallic. Even if its only to do the primer ready for base. Also how about a 1.3 nozzle HVLP gravity feed gun from harbor freight for $50. If not whats a good nozzle size for primer and base coat. TIA
