light / running light / corner light problem
Done a bit of searching. I know the basis of the problem, but just wanted some opinions before i go hacking my wiring harness apart.
My corner lights (front) and both running lights (rear) are always on if the battery is connected. I was thinking possible relay problem so i replaced the ICU but that didnt fix the problem. They stay on with all the plugs on the steering column disconnected. I went through and unplugged each light bulb just incase one was grounding improperly.
As far as i can tell, the wiring harness under the dash is in good condition. There is no signs of tampering or stress on the harness. I bought the car with this problem.
Any ideas where the problem might be? The car is a 1990 DX hatch.

Check all the light fixtures. Mine did it when the fixture had a dead ground. It was bad feeding power. Unsually they will be rusted.
I have a 100a breaker on it, and a master cutoff switch for the track. Battery is in the back of the car, but the problem existed before i ever moved the battery.
