Default fuel filter questions

Hello I am new to this board... I have just recently purchased a 96 accord LX with 59k miles and I was wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to replace the fuel filter, or if it was just easier to pay the rate for the dealer to replace it. Maybe someone here that works at a dealer could tell me the flat rate so I could get an idea if I should try to do it myself or just take it and get it done. I was thinking that if the rate is over an hour, I should just go and buy some special tools instead of dishing out the 70+ dollars an hour rate to get it done. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just go and pay the $10 to get a 12mm Crowfoot Flare Nut Wrench.

This is what they look like. That is what you need to get to the bottom nut on the hard line. It is not hard at all, just a little time consuming.

and I'd strongly suggest sticking with OEM, I was at pep boys and figured a fuel filter is a fuel filter and got a fram, well it leaked, I took it back, and got another one, it leaked as well, mind you they both came with new banjo bolt washers, went to honda got one, put it on and no leak. Sometimes it's better to pay a little more.

by going to the dealer and buying it there.

I don't remember the OEM filter having anything stamped or marked on the filter housing but it's been awhile.
