Default I need P06 ECU, Can Ya Help?

hi, i'm def. a newbie first honda ever.... well i was wondering if anybody knew where i could get a ecu for my car... i bought it last thursday... the guy said it had the wrong ecu for the motor... and yes it ran like crap... after mad research here's the story... the car is a 1992 Civic VX hatchback... the original ecu for the VX is still in there.. but the motor is a D16y7 (96-00 Civic DX)... so now i need to find a ecu for that... i was told by a friend that i need a P06 ecu... i was also wondering if the VX ecu is OBD1 and the motor is OBD2 and i got the ecu that is OBD2 will it hook up the same and of course if anybody knew where i could get one besides ebay.com because i'm on there 24/7 hoping for one to show up... thanks for everybody's help in advance...

Just get a p06, don't worry about obd2, you'll be fine. Junkyards and the for sale section here are good places to start.
