Default Warm Weather = funny idling while warming up.

This car has always had a low idle, but never like this.

I'll start the car mid afternoon after work, idle goes to 1.5k (which i would consider normal for decent weather).

I'll drive down the company driveway and it will bog HARD until about 2k (mind u im just lightly driving as there's alot of movement).

I'll get to the main street to turn on and I press the clutch and stop the car. The idle drops to almost 0, then bounces back to about 1.5k.

further down the road (~5 min into the drive) when i get to a stop light the idle is WAY WAY low, almost at the bottom line of the tach. I have to feather the gas pedal to keep it from stalling. When she's fully warmed up it idles at it's normally low (but stable) idle of just above the first line below 1k.

Weird things have been happening every since the water pump broke and my rad exploded (yes, literally). Got new rad, pump, tensioner, timingbelt and thermostat.

Ever since then (after the repair) it's been slightly different. It has small pops (burbles i guess u could call them) when i change gears and let off while in gear. These burbles seem to get worse and worse and the weather warms up (ie, in the morning, not as noticable, but 3pm much more noticable and louder). and gas milage has gone down the pooper.

Anyone!!? (plugs/wires are new, so is cap/rotor).

You might have something wrong in the cold start or closed loop sequence of startup.
Have you checked the electronic air control valve, EACV?
Remove it from the intake and the clean it with some carb cleaner or gasoline.
This may or may not do the trick, but it’s easy enough to try out.

i've got a spare i'll try. but when i unplug it (full warm idle) the idle doesnt change, but when i plug it back in the idle goes up a little, then back to normal.

it did it again today but a little differently. I was driving in 1st gear cruising 2k and it just started to buck and then the tires would break loose, then bog again and back to normal. the whole time i didnt move my foot.
