maintence required

okay ive search and this might sound dumb but I have a 98 GSR and the maintence required light is on on my gauge cluster. how can I get it to turn off? help please? thanks

Button under the steering column. Turn the ignition on and hold the button down for a few seconds.

There is a button under the dash. When you are sitting in your car, it would be under the dash, approximatly above your right shin. Push it and hold it till the light goes out.

I hope that made sense.
