Default Saved one - before (rice) after (nice, at least IMO)

Found this poor baby in need of some de-rice-ification. Color is NSX Kaiser Silver. Still have to throw on my Si wheels, but just wanted to share cuz the color came out to my liking.

Before:

After:

This monstrosity was on it i guess(its FS if anyone wants it ), i immediately ordered its removal and replacement lol..

(apex'i dunk)

to this:

however, since the muffler dumped before the bumper, i guess it was reflecting sound waves back into the cabin off the bumper, cuz the drone was SO bad..(i had a cat welded in too)... soo we leetly installed this:

and no more gay resonation, altho the exhaust still has that r1c3y rattle tone to it at WOT ..

looks stock:

and on the drive home:

CIVIC (and insight) NATION BITCHEZ!!!

DISOWNED RED HEADED BASTARD STEP CHILD OF CIVIC NATION:

thanks guys..

the guy that painted it is sort of a hick, so he didnt understand the concept of painted mirrors and handles, but w/ the color i guess its not so bad huh?

i had to get new OEM side skirts too cuz of the gay ones on from the "before" pics... at least those got painted.

i called jhp for the jdm thin moldings but none in stock.

stay tuned for the K20 swap

Get some flat black bed liner or SUV bumper paint, and paint the bottom grill slats black again, along with the area behind the fog lights, and the de-badged Si/SiR grill.

Other than that, the paint looks clean.

oh yeah those fogs are mad gay and fit like **** too. im debating if i should get a new set of OEM's or what.

anyone have a D-series AC idler pulley & bolt they wanna give/sell me mad cheap? this kid lost his and its gettin warm...

i need a driver's side speaker cover too. and the damn window regulators on both sides are soooooooooooo fuxored, the passenger, if u even crack the window, good luck getting that to line up again. i had to spend an hour in the parking lot at work removing the glass and bending/kicking the regulator enough to hold the window up & straight.

skjgskdlrjhsklrdh.

i sit in the car i get mad cuz of the small bs. then i get out and im like aiiiiiiiiiiiiite that color is ******* hot son!!!!

imo the tsunami lip dosnt look bad if you do it right. the before (rice pic) dosnt look to bad you could have still pulled it off. But the after looks better, just needs a lip. What muffler is that? looks like a plain replacement. next you should get a magnaflow or es/oval style. They look and sound great.

yeah i am just so sick of being pulled over cuz of a lip, exhaust etc, so since its my DD and its got a mini me (with a knock sensor code and no oil press. sensor connector for vtec, so its MAD slow - going uphill in 5th at ~80% throttle, u lose speed lol) so i didnt really care too much about the exhaust. i would've loved a factory stock exhaust too keep it quiet and stock looking. altho the paint doesnt really help now that i think about it.

i dunno what muffler it is, i think its called a "turbo II" ? shrug, it and the cat were sub 100 so ... i dunno lolz

yeah it was something on the bumper actually, i didnt really care and told them to paint over it cuz i didnt want to spend $ on a new oem bumper

i dunno if im gonna lower it.. i work in an area where the roads aren't the best, and there's constant flooding of 2-3 inches when it rains... we'll see how it looks w/ the si wheels.

yeah, if i wanted it stolen within a day

Si blue = ITR yellow

looks hot, but we all know Black is the way to be. thieves love them blue n yellow kaa's.

i just dont like vogue silver, its too light, and i didnt want to go super dark gunmetal. luckily i know someone w/ a kaiser silver nsx and i always loved the color and it was cheap ... did u guys know red paint costs a decent amount more than other colors?

I liked the front before, but it's definitely an improvement to lose the eyebrows and plain cf hood and have it all one color
