my A/C fan makes huge noise.

Default my A/C fan makes huge noise.

I guess its A/C fan.

When the Fan goes on....

My car vibrate so much.... and make huge fan noise.

should i change my fan? or what should i do?

Yes.. The fan is probably bent.

the motor's bearings are going out. replace with a new unit.

you need to replace the whole motor. it should be less than $100. good luck.
