Im looking to get a piece of titanium tubing to use to my exhaust. How long is the stock exhaust without bends ? Also is titanium harder to work with ? Has anyone else done this ?

 

First of all if you are going to be making the exhaust yourself you will also need titanium bends (unless you go with the pie cut method) . I'd figure you would need in the neighborhood or 14-16 feet. You also have to remember that Titanium should be back purged atleast. I have not welded titanium yet but im guessing the hardest part will be just cutting pieces to fit, going to be harder than plain old SS
