I am thinking about adding a sun roof to my teg, I searched to see if any body has done this and could not find anything on it. Is there a DIY anywhere. Really would love to do this to my car. Any tips from people who have done this before. Thanks, your help is appreciated.

 

Trade someone for a car with one... theres plenty of people out there that would trade for a non sunroofed integra.

 

If your even considering doing this, DONT try to do it yourself. Do you really trust yourself cutting a hole into your roof?

i bought a car with an aftermarket sunroof before and it SUCKS! not only did it leak, but everytime i went over a bump or pulled into a driveway, the roof would flex and make all these popping sounds...needless to say i sold the car shortly after.

i would definitely NOT reccomend adding a sunroof. Way more troubles then its worth

 

i hate sunroofs.

 

better getting a donor roof, removing the spot welds in the channels (where the black plastic is) and cutting it out and replacing it with the sunroof roof. This is whats done on crx to swap in a glass top and works well. But imo i would trade shells first
