Default b20 swap fuel leak

I've been smelling gas on my new b20 swap and finally spotted it leaking from the end of the fuel rail where the line runs between the fuel rail and fuel filter. I believe its leaking between whats labeled the "damper assymbly" in the manual and the fuel feed hose. Is there a squash washer or something that goes between there or something else because every time I tighten it down it still leaks like a preschooler's nose. Also, would a leak this steady cause the car to not be able to accelerate past, say 30mph? And then eventually refuse to start? I threw a code 4 and code 41 and figured it was the dizzy, so I replaced the dizzy and now with the fuel leak it still won't start. Any help would be great guys. Thanks.

Thats what I thought but all the diagrams I found online were small and hard to see. If that doesn't work I'm lighting my car on fire. Back to my other question, if I had a fuel leak, would that prevent my car from starting or maintaining speed?

if its leaking badly enough it could cause the pressure to be low enough to not crank. try starting it with starting fluid to rule out fuel.

I'll wait until I have replaced the crush washers before I do that.
