Default y8 (ex) intake manifold on a y7 (dx)

as the title says...this is my last major problem in my turbo install process...im swapping in a y8 intake manifold in my y7 engine...i have most of the hoses and everything down, but what i need help with is the wiring and the throttle...i know that atleast one of the connectors is completely different and i dont even know how it would connect. does anyone have some diagrams for the wiring or some picture or maybe even a how-to (*crosses fingers*)...my cars in the garage waiting for me to finish it, so let me know as soon as you can

thanks in advance

Use y8 thottle cable bracket + y8 cable + y7 thottle body.

My search turned out 86 results and this is how I found this out. Took me about 2 minutes

[holds your hand]it's on the first page!!!.

Go to the 1st page of that link. It's 3/4 of the way down

oh man,you sure you wanna be doing this if you can't figure something this simple out? sorry to sound harsh but you might want to pay somebody to do this[/holds your hand]

ouch..im nearly finished except for the wiring and the throttle cable...so paying someone now would be kind of pointless...but anyways i missed that little section when looking through it...any idea where i would get a 2-wire connector?...do auto parts stores sell just the connector? thanks again.

no problem man, sometimes it's a test of someone's character to see their reaction when somebody tries to stomp on 'em. you took it well.

i might have that connector. no promises.

what are you using for fuel/timing control? thought about converting to obd1?

haha, well thats good to hear...i actually realized that i can't switch the connectors if i keep my dx ecu...so im going to swap the throttle bodies...which shouldnt be too bad...but what sucks is finding the ex throttle cable and bracket...(have to get it from the dealer )...and for fuel management i have the emanage (not sure if i mentioned this was a greddy kit)...i know its not the best, but it works...i might eventually swap to a p28 and get someone to tune it...but i havent had my car running in 3 weeks, im getting kind of anxious.
