i have a 97 dx civic coupe... it's been having this fuel smell to it lately... i don't know where it is coming from either. check all the lines, no leaks... i was wondering if anyone knew where this smell might be coming from... the smell is very stong inside the car. do you think it might be the canister? what else or where else? anything would help... thanks

 

Make sure the access cover for the fuel pump is properly sealed and bolted down. I know you said no leaks, but check the banjo fitting on top of the fuel filter too.

can it be the fuel pump? the smell is only inside the car. you can't smell it in the engine bay or outside. it seems like it's coming from inside somewhere...
