Default The Great Header Install

yesterday i helped my fat friend ryan (username: cw-itr-329) install his jdm dc 4-1 header and test pipe.

the whole thing was just a pain in the ***. we rounded off three of the bolts and eventually we had to resort to the ol' grinder.

we were so happy when we finally got the bitch off. **** you *******!

the finished product...beautiful

I've found the only way to get the bolts off the cat, is to just drop the damned cat, let them soak, and then use a 6 point socket on them... 1/2 drive, cheater bar. I don't like putting air on them... my Snap On Impact is too fat to get in there nicely... Just my .02...

yes, stock cat-back for now. I havent found a good free-flowing one that is quiet enough for my taste yet.

NICE!

-->Also, I suggest that you remove "test pipe" from your signature. You never know who is here scoping our board and who could be a tattle tale, its not worth the possible repercussions ($3000 federal fine!) if the law finds out..... keep that sh*t to yourself.

Torque, the testpipe(for track purposes only ) is 2.5". I am still running obd2 and I dont get a CEL. And for the butt dyno, I definately have more power up top, and maybe a little in the middle. Doesnt sound much different than stock.

I am just wondering
hows the 2.5 testpipe work with the 2.0 OEM b-pipe?
Any Leak?
I hope Not.

Where did you get the test pipe? Was it custom made at a local shop or did you buy it somewhere?
