which replacement bulbs would u recommend for the brightest white? i was thinking silverstar, luminics, or of course the piaa....i obviosly don't want to spend $300 on some HID..something thats is brighter then the OEM ones and perfer hyper white or something...i know silverstar are good but at the same price is the luminics brighter? or is the ones on ebay ok? i rather spend $25 then $50 on some silverstar...
i say go with http://www.luminicsbulbs.com
they have good stuff. theres a thread with pictures of how they look. they also have a 1 year warranty

this may sound cheesy, but i had a bulb go out on me as i pulled into the wal mart parking lot, just for ***** i got their "cool blue" lights, i think they were about 10-12 bucks, they are brighter than the OEM ones. ive had them for about 2 years now, still just as bright as they were when i bought them.

some people have had the nokyas and like the luminics better [especially because of the warranty]

ok know that stock watts is 55 and using a 80 watt bulb could burn the harness....n my friend told me that i cold buy a harness adapter that will plug directly into the stock one and i can use the 80 watts...he has a pair of 80 watts he is willing to give... the 80 watts make it brighter then the lumnics ones since its higher watts? should i just go for that instead of the luminics or are they basically the same?

Screw all the normal 9006/9005 bulbs, there's new technology out that surpasses all of them.
HIR bulbs. 30 dollars each bulb, but damn are they bright.

putting 9005 bulbs in the car wont damage anything.. the only reason they are brighter is because they dont have the stuff on the end of the bulb and they arent points straight out. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by badboyr66 »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Use a 9005 for low beam? higher wattage?</TD></TR></TABLE>
