can anyone, off the top of my head, tell me what companies make C.A.R.B. exempt headers?
the obvious answer is DC. i NEED a 2.5" collector. i am willing to modify a header if i have to.
soooo.. anyone other than DC?

Just kep in mind that NO header with a 2.5 inch collector can have a CARB number. In order to have a CARB number, the header MUST bolt to the stock cat in the stock location without modification. And this is not the case with a 2.5 inch collector. You could, of course, modify the header. But chances are that unless you are a GOOD welder, you will not make something that flows better than stock.
