Default Raise coilover while installed

My car got lower for some reason over the last 6 months since I put the agx/ ground control suspension in. I aimed for a 1 finger gap after 1.5 inch drop on a 2000 civic with 15 inch wheels, but now it has no gap. Is it possible to adjust the coilover height while it's still installed? I have my car jacked up right now and the colt is loosened, but it seems like down force from the spring is preventing it from moving. I was trying a flat head and a hammer to move it, but it was scratching the coilover while only moving it millimeters.

I'm wondering if anyone knows why my car keeps dropping stupidly low? at 1.25 inch drop it was 1 finger gap for like 4 months then went to 1/2 finger barely scraping, then scraping on all hard turns and dips. I raised it to 1 inch drop and it came out as 2 finger gap, the next day it was 1/2 finger gap and scrapes with passengers. I have a 2000 civic EX. besides rolling your fenders (which I don't know how to do) what else can I do? I'm considering putting a 0 drop (supposedly stock) and letting it drop from there to whatever height it is... probably 1 finger or if it's stupid enough, 1/2 finger.

It's weird, I actually measured the coilover adjuster to 1 and 1/2 inch drop, but i measured it 2 months ago at 1 and 1/4 drop. and it's still lower. I made sure it didn't move. and at the last adjustment, i screwed it totally shut, like the ring was totally closed. the shocks are still working. it's only my front ones too, the back is still a little over 1 finger gap at 1 1/2 inch drop. the springs on my front are kinda scraped, so im thinking maybe it gets compressed alot? The space between each coil on the spring looks a little under an inch right now with the car sitting on them. Don't know how they would compress so much since they're eibach performance springs.
