EX already has a decent sway bar. I'd go CAI or exhaust probably.

Well here's some advice that I'm sure many would agree with...
Make sure your timing belt is good, your regular belts for that matter, tires not rundown, transmission fine, good battery.
Basically do the maintenance first and then do the upgrades; your car will run better and longer when it's a fine tuned machine, trust me.

And as for upgrades for speed etc. I would start with an exhaust system maybe...

I would say exhaust system. It doesn't do much for power, but it makes your car more fun to drive. Atleast for me it did. I got my exhaust system for sound, but not a loud ricey sound.

heres some more advice id bet everyone would agree with! please dont go spend your money on a CAI or tin-can-muffler... 400 seems like alot of cash, but it will disipire in a blink of an eye, and everybody here will tell you, take your time, save up and nice hunk of cash, do some research and home-work on the diffrent parts manufactures, think about what you want you car to be, and what you want it to do! dont be affraid to ask if you dont know somthing, and make sure you do it right!... alot of cars on the road today are the mistake of high school jr.s who get a EK and trys to fast and furious their **** all up... dont be like that! theres alot more to it then that

and don't buy Tein springs off ebay without making sure they're counterfeit. If theyre less than 150 bucks, theyre fake. You risk your life and those of others doing that.

I'd say a Tokico illumina kit is the best way to go. It has adjustable shocks plus it lowers it 1.25" all in the same package engineered to work together.

If you don't want to do that, a set of Eibach, Tein, H&R, Neuspeed springs and KYB AGX, Tokico Illuminas, or Konis will do the trick.

If he doesn't have rear disc brakes then maybe hit up the local pull a part for the conversion...Around here they only charge 100 bucks for the whole deal.

At best everyone I've talked to that has run them says they are no better than normal plugs and almost all the people have had problems with them. I was told on here to go with NGK Oem plugs.

It's true, Bosch plugs dont belong in Hondas. Go with NGK.
