changing LCA's on EJ1...should i install brand new bolts???

im changing the LCA's and shocks. should i install new bolts while im at it? if so, which are the primary bolts i should get?

29 tend to get siezed up and stuck in there.

too bad these bolts are an uncommon 1.25 thread pitch in M10, thats why they cost $7 a pop at honda.
