Default gsr timing..help!

alright, i just got my gsr head milled .006, thinned my headgasket, and put skunk2 camgears to tune my crane type b's. the thing is, my timing is off really nasty. anyone ever had timing issues when they milled their head or thinner the headgasket? how do i get my timing back to normal?

Did you use the white mark (correct) or the red mark (incorrect) on the crank pully to find TDC? The head milling and the thin gasket could retard the camshafts by about 1.5 crankshaft degrees. (I'm assuming about 0.026" of total thinning.)
