Default H22 OBDI in a OBD2 body problem???help

I'm friend has a 96 accord with a 96 OBD1 H22 in it trying to pass NJ inspection. I'm wondering what he has to do to get it passed. Is there anyway he can use the F22 ECU OBD2 just to get passed for inspection time???? Also will the F22 distributor fit in the H22??? I'm thinking he will have to change the injectors and ECU to OBD2 and chance out the dist. possibly with a little wiring extras. Any help is greatly appreciated

um i guess one problem there is that F22's arent twin cam and H22's are so timing fuel and wut not will all be off, ill be surprised if the car starts. Also whats the problem with the smog, if its anything like CA where u need a functional OBD2 check i guess you are preety screwed, unless you can get a OBD2 computer to work in there

Thanks for the reply. We now know that it will not work due to the extra sensors we will not have when adding a OBD2 ECU and everything else. Something with the fuel tank pressure and other extra sensors for OBD2. Thanks again though
