Default CEL 72 Random Misfire In Cylinder 2 - Help Please

Alright I posted this over in the integra forum since this is an 00 gsr but I know this forum is alot more active and the forum I participate in.

Heres the problem- I put this motor in the car a few months ago. I dont drive it much since it was bought to resell and I have alot of other projects going on right now an no time to mess with it.

When the car is cold it runs fine but as soon as it gets upto temp the car will start to jerk a little if the rpms are between 1500-4000 in any gear. Normal driving it wont do it too much but as soon as I apply pressure to the pedal it will start to do and the more pressure I apply the more it does it. I only got a CEL once it was blinking and it popped off right away. So last night I was pissed becuase I still didnt know the problem and it was doing it so I tried to make the CEL come on. I kept steady at about 45mph in 5th gear by applying pressure to gas and brake. Bam CEL turned on. I turned the car off pulled over real quick and checked the code. Which is code 72.. So my question is, what would cause this and is the jerking problem a common sympton of a random misfire in a cylinder
