Default DC5-R wheels on a TL-S?

Hey would having a higher offset make the wheels stick out more or less? Well DC5-R wheels have an offset of +60 and the TL-S has an offset of +55. Would these wheels work on the TL-S? I just love how those wheels look. Or would I need some type of spacers. I think RSX drivers use some spacers to make those wheels work on thier cars. Any info. would be great.

+60 would make it stick way in. Spacers could counter this.
