Do I need special lug nuts for fat fives? I assume I want the chrome ones that match the wheel. But what size (length) do I need? 12mm x 1.5 x ???

Stock lug nuts for Honda (Metric) will work. Or you can get aftermarket ones...but the rim was designed for stock lugs, and stock lugs are usually what people run with them.

Get a set of lock nuts tho...

 

stock or a regular 12x1.5 closed end bulge will work fine

 

I also say that the stock ones will work.

 

Does anyone know what the stock size is? I am switching from Si rims (non exposed nuts, simple OEM open ended) to Fat Fives.

The Si rims were stolen, so I don't have the stock nuts. I see I can buy them from honda for $.80 ea. But then if I look for rims for say 2000 Si (exposed nuts) they are 5 bucks a pop.

And then ebay has differnet lengths of 12mm x 1.5 nuts that look like the exposed type, but I am not sure if they will work, and what length.

Summary: Stock nuts gone. Buy GSR nuts? Buy CRX Si nuts? Buy ebay nuts (what size)?
